BUYING A WATCH
To buy a watch, all you need to do is contact us via e-mail with a description of the item you are interested in, the shipping method and your address. We will then send you a paypal invoice for clarification and payment. Once your payment is received we will send the watch to your speficied address.

PAYMENT OPTION
We strive to use PAYPAL as much as possible. However, we understand that not everyone has an account, so we also accept direct bank transfers to our bank account either in the USA or in SINGAPORE. Please note that SINGAPORE bank account will be charged at a SINGAPORE DOLLAR price (subject to exchange rates at the time of purchase).
Local purchases can be done at any of our authorised dealers or direct through us. We accept bank transfer to our POSB Savings account or cash at our premises.
Creditcard payments can be done via PAYPAL in certain countries.
SHIPPING
ALL watches will be shipped via Singapore Post First Class
Priority Airmail Service at a cost of USD10. All articles are trackable but no insurance will be provided (as warranty claims are amazingly tough). Watches take approximately 1-2 weeks to arrive.
We also offer an upgraded service via Speedpost Worldwide Courier (EMS) at a cost of USD20. This service takes approximately 2-5 days to arrive.
Straps are shipped free.
WARRANTY RETURNS
Watches which are found to be faulty or non-functioning can be returned within 3 days of receipt for an exchange/ repair. Please refer to warranty card for details and conditions. The cost of any returns are to be borne by the buyer, and return shipping to the buyer will be paid by moVas. Watches will be repaired or exchanged at the descresion of moVas, and will only be done upon receipt of the returned item.
All watches carry a 1 year limited warranty against defects as listed on our warranty card.
